(Macau) declaration form for self initiated school activity

學校凡於2023/24學年內參與或舉行兩項或以上活動（包括學校自發活動、樂施會指定教育活動、樂施會籌款活動）將可獲「良食校園」嘉許

學校能透過以下表格記錄和彙報校內舉辦的自發活動，以助我們了解校方的教育活動內容。本會在收到申報表格後，會進行詳細的記錄和整理，以便日後向校方發出嘉許認證。

        貧富懸殊 / 氣候變化與貧窮 / 糧食危機 / 小農可持續發展 / 公平貿易

    學校自發活動建議內容︰
        學校提供或推廣公平貿易食品／素食餐單
        學校組織活動 / 推廣相關議題概念（例如推廣大使活動、壁報推廣、良食主題日等）
        學校舉行教育講座 / 工作坊
